One injured after motorcycle and Tri-Rail bus crashed near I-95, Broward deputies say
A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital Monday morning after a motorcycle, a Toyota and a Tri-Rail bus crashed at Griffin Road and Interstate 95, according to deputies.
The crash happened around 6:20 a.m., shutting down the northbound Interstate 95 off-ramp and several Griffin Road lanes for hours as deputies investigated, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
BSO deputies from Dania Beach responded and paramedics transported one person to the hospital. The agency initially reported the bus was part of the Broward County Transit fleet but later clarified it belonged to Tri-Rail.
