Two children found, one still missing in Broward. Margate police asking for help finding her

UPDATE: Darius Moss and Elijah Norton have been found.

Two of three missing children in Broward County have been found Saturday night. The trio were reported missing earlier in the day from Margate. Police have asked for help in finding the last child.

After 11 p.m. Saturday, Margate police said Darius Moss, 15, and Elijah Norton, 15, were found. Moss and Norton along with Laneijah Durham, 17, were reported missing Saturday afternoon and were last seen earlier in the week, police said.

Durham is still missing.

“He [Moss] has been safely recovered and is no longer missing,” police said.

Police said the cases are not connected but the trio were considered as “missing endangered juveniles.”

Durham was last seen by her foster parents at about 10 a.m. on Friday at her Margate home in the 5500 block of Southwest Seventh Court. She was wearing a pink strapless top and black tights.

Police ask anyone who has seen them or has information about their whereabouts to call the Margate Police Department at 954-972-7111.
