Two lanes of U.S. 27 are closed. A plane used the road for an emergency landing
A small plane used U.S. 27 in Davie for an emergency landing Wednesday morning, police said.
There were no injuries.
After the 8:40 a.m. landing, Davie police asked drivers to avoid the area of U.S. 27 and Griffin Road, where two northbound lanes of U.S. 27 were closed, though the plane was off the road.
