Missing Utah woman’s body found in Fort Lauderdale lake. She was missing for more than two days

A Utah woman missing for more than two days was found dead in a Fort Lauderdale lake on Saturday.

The body of Kelly Glover, 37, was found in a lake near the Fort Lauderdale Westin Hotel, at 400 Corporate Dr., Fort Lauderdale police said.

Police say they do not suspect any foul play and continue to investigate the incident. Her cause of death is being determined by medical examiners.

Glover’s Sister Dani posted to Facebook a missing poster of Kelly in hopes someone would find her.

“My sister was in Ft. Lauderdale for work and has been missing for over 24 hours,” the post said.

Glover’s family could not be reached for comment.

Glover’s husband, Adam Bremer, told Local 10 her disappearance was bizarre.

“Her friend went to bed early [on Wednesday],” he said. “My wife was still up and her friend woke up around 4 a.m. [on Thursday], and my wife was nowhere to be found and the door was left open.”

Local 10 also reported hotel surveillance footage showed Glover going down a stairwell barefoot at 2 a.m. on Thursday. Her husband said she didn’t have a history of sleepwalking.

Correction: A earlier version said Kelly Glover was from Ohio and not Utah.
