A shooting at a Broward Walmart sends two people to the hospital
The Broward Sheriff’s Office was investigating a shooting at a Lauderdale Lakes Walmart that sent two people to the hospital Wednesday night.
The shooting happened around 8 p.m. at the store located at 3001 N. S.R. 7.
BSO did not say whether the shooting happened inside the store or in the parking lot, but customers told Miami Herald news partner CBS4 that the shooting happened outside.
News footage showed a heavy deputy presence. BSO did not immediately say if anyone was taken into custody.
No other information was immediately available.
