800-acre brush fire is spreading fast in Broward County
An 800-acre brush fire is moving across the Florida Everglades District in Broward County, according to the Florida Forest Service.
As of 4:40 p.m., the blaze, which started off being 50-acres in size, was three quarters of a mile north of I-75, running parallel to the highway.
Officials say there are smoke signs at mile marker 38 and 45. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
