Divers rescue boater who fell in water in Fort Lauderdale
After searching for about 30 minutes Sunday night, divers in waters off Southeast 16th Street found a missing boater.
The man fell into the water about 8:45 p.m. About 9:35 p.m., divers found him about 150 feet west of where he was last seen. He was quickly taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, where he was in critical condition Sunday night.
