Police release sketch of suspect in lawn rape
Fort Lauderale police released a sketch of a man who allegedly raped a woman on the front lawn of a Middle River Drive apartment complex.
The victim described the suspect as a white male in his early 40s; 5-11 or 6-feet with a large build; and a tattoo on his lower right leg possibly of East Asian design.
The woman told police the man accosted her as she walked along Middle River Drive in the 2600 block around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, tackled her and raped her right next to the road.
