Man stabbed at Pembroke Pines Cigar Bar
A man was stabbed around 3:40 a.m. Monday in front of the Cigar Bar in Pembroke Pines, police said.
Officers from Pembroke Pines police were responding to an emergency call about a fight at the bar, 201 SW 145 Terr.
While the officers were enroute, the incident was updated from a fight to a stabbing, police said. Police found Ronald Parkes, 26, lying on the sidewalk in front of the bar, bleeding from an injury to his mid-torso.
Parkes was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital, where he remains in critical condition post-surgery.
