Woman shot in face at Boca Raton intersection tells of how she survived

There are many things she recalls about the night she was stopped at a red light in Boca Raton and a gunman shot her in the face.

The 73-year-old Delray Beach woman recalls her fear as the gunfire shattered her window and wounded her. She remembers getting to safety by speeding off in her Kia Soul and driving to the hospital. And she remembers being stunned when doctors told her the bullet in her head must remain lodged there.
