Weather alert: South Florida cools down, with lows in 60s and 70s
Can you feel it?
The air is cooler, less humid, breezy.
And yes, you can get used to it, because the week is forecast to unfold the way Sunday has: with lows in the upper-60s and low-70s and highs around 80.
“A great stretch of weather for South Florida,” CBS4 meteorologist Erik Salna said. “We’ll take this as much as we can get it.”
That’s because in another month or so, we all know what’s coming: stormy afternoons, highs in the 90s, thick humidity.
Like Sunday, sunny skies are expected through the week with little chance of rain. Winds will below 10 to 15 mph: decent for boating and the beach.
“Spring weather, for sure,” Salna said.
