Photos: Parents attend Alexander brothers’ latest Miami federal hearing on sex charges
Shlomi and Orly Alexander, the parents of Miami Beach twins Alon and Oren, attended Miami federal court on Friday to lend support to their sons, who — along with older brother Tal — are charged with conspiring to commit sex-trafficking involving dozens of women in New York and South Florida.
Prosecutors seek to transfer the trio to federal court in New York City, where they’ve been charged with conspiring to commit sex-trafficking and two related rapes between 2010 and 2021. Their parents showed up to support their sons at the brief hearing, as they have in previous hearings in both state and federal court.

In one case that has already had a bond hearing, the brothers’ parents also have offered to secure a $115 million bond for son Tal with their home in Bal Harbour. That proposal also would include a Miami office building and three waterfront residences in Miami Beach belonging to each of their sons. A magistrate rejected that proposal earlier this week but the brothers’ defense attorneys are seeking to reopen the request. A separate bond hearing for the twins has been set for Dec. 30.
