A road ranger picking up cones on Interstate 95 in Boca Raton was struck by car Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The road ranger was in the northbound lanes near Palmetto Park Road at about 10:30 when he was hit, FHP said. He was taken to Delray Medical Center.
His condition was not immediately known.
Two left lanes remained open to traffic, FHP said.
