Nursing assistant at a Broward hospital kissed a patient’s breast. Here’s what happened

Kissing the breast of a Memorial Healthcare System patient cost a Hollywood certified nursing assistant his license.

The final order revoking Marlon Daniels license posted Aug. 28.

The order said Daniels was present at a final hearing and “the material facts alleged in the administrative complaint are not in dispute.”

What’s alleged in the complaint: On Aug. 3, 2023, “while working as a CNA at Memorial [Daniels] kissed the patient’s breast.”

Daniels’ Florida Department of Health online profile says he had been a certified nursing assistant since Feb. 26, 2019.
