A Miami Beach masseur’s session with a Massage Envy client ended abruptly after improper touching of the client’s genitals and penis, a state emergency restriction order (ERO) says.

The owners of the Massage Envy franchise located at 767 17th St. in Miami Beach fired Diego Holguin Cespedes, the ERO said. Holguin Cespedes has been a licensed massage therapist in Florida since Nov. 25, 2020.

According to the ERO, everything occurred last Nov. 20, during a massage with a patient identified only as “B.L.” B.L. undressed to his boxer briefs and socks and began the massage face down.

After he flipped over, the ERO said, Holguin Cespedes moved a hand from massaging B.L.’s thighs into the right leg opening of the boxer briefs.

“Mr. Holguin Cespedes grabbed and/or touched Patient B.L’s genitals and penis,” the ERO said. “Mr. Holguin Cespedes stroked and/or caressed Patient B.L’s genitals and penis.”

B.L. knocked the offending hand away, the ERO said, by saying, “Man, what are you doing? I don’t get down like that.”

The ERO said the masseur said, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry” and left the massage room. B.L. got dressed and left the room.

The ERO says Holguin Cespedes is restricted from massaging male clients.
