Missing the outside? Miami-Dade Parks’ new video series is bringing fun to your home.

Being inside doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the outdoors.

Miami-Dade Parks plans to bring the fun to your front door with a new, family friendly video series entitled #ThePlayground.

“We know this is a difficult time and hope #ThePlayground brings a piece of happiness to your home until you can experience our parks again in person,” a county parks spokesperson wrote.

Nothing will stay the same on #ThePlayground. One day you may be on a guided park tour and the next you’re learning about animals from Zoo Miami’s Ron Magill.

Looking to get your workout on? #ThePlayground will also livestream fitness classes.

Their first three episodes featured a lesson on African elephants, an exercise class and a snorkel adventure in Crandon Park’s Bear Cut Preserve.

Episodes will be posted on the parks’ Instagram @miamidadeparks. They can also be found on their YouTube page.
