Bimini SuperFast ferry to start two-night sailings
The Bimini SuperFast ferry will start offering overnight cruises from Port Miami next week.
Resorts World Bimini announced the change on Friday afternoon; the ferry had previously offered day trips to the Bahamian destination.
Two-night cruises will leave Port Miami at 5 p.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Thursday of next week. The ship will return at noon two days after departing. One-night sailings will leave Miami at 5 p.m. every Saturday and return at noon on Sunday.
Travelers can stay in a cabin on the ship or in condos at the Resorts World Bimini complex, which like the ferry is owned by Genting Group. Introductory prices start at $199 per person based on double occupancy, with third and fourth guests free.
