Have a few million lying around? There’s a new house on the market for you.
The former home of musician Lenny Kravitz, and current home of Stephen Muss, previous owner of the Fontainebleau Hotel, will be listed for $25 million by the Jills, the Coldwell Banker duo made up by Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber.

The waterfront Miami Beach property spans 25,000 square feet in the guard-gated Sunset Islands II. The two-story home’s 11,999 square feet comprises six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three half-baths, a movie theater, gym, meditation garden, elevator and staff quarters. Grounds include 125 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay plus a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, barbecue cabana, private boat dock and guest house.

“Its breathtaking design, exclusive location Sunset Island II and mesmerizing bay views make it a wonderful find for the luxury buyer,” said Hertzberg in a statement.
The price tag, according to Douglas Elliman Realtor Jeff Morr, is in line with the market.
“It’s $2,000-a-foot in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Miami Beach. Virtually walking distance to South Beach and Sunset Harbour. Believe it or not, it’s not insane,” he said.
The Kravitz star power also lends it a little something.
“There’s no formula, but we all know there’s a lot of ego out there, especially in South Beach. So for a guy to say, ‘Yeah, I bought Lenny Kravitz’s house,’ it’s not a bad show-off tool,” Morr said.
Kravitz bought the home in 2001 for $8.95 million, according to Miami-Dade County property records. Its appreciation of about $10 million in a little over a decade is in line with homes of comparable scale.
Muss purchased it from Kravitz four years later for $14.5 million.
The next buyer?
Morr has his money on “either a New York hedge fund guy. Or a European.”
