REACH, the first luxury condominium tower in Swire Properties’ ambitious Brickell City Centre project, has received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO), which allows buyers to begin their move-in process.

The 43-story building holds 390 condo units ranging in price from $595,000 to $2.7 million. The condos average 1,375 square feet. The penthouse units are over 3,000 square feet (prices are available upon request), and 86 percent of the condos in the tower have already been sold.

REACH is part of an ongoing $1.05 billion mixed-use development in downtown Miami covering 5.4 million square feet. A sister condo tower of the same size, RISE, is expected to open by May. As of March 8, 160 units in that building had been sold.

“We're really pleased we're able to deliver the units now and start closing within 10 days,” said Christopher Gandolfo, senior vice president of development for Swire Properties.

Other properties that will be part of the project include the EAST, Miami hotel, an open-air shopping center anchored by Saks’ Fifth Avenue and two class A office buildings.
