Swire Properties Inc. is launching sales Wednesday of Rise — its second 390-unit condominium tower at Brickell City Centre.

Prices will range from $550,000 to $2.7 million for the units, which range in size from 980 square feet to 3,200 square feet with one to four bedrooms.

In June, Swire began selling units of Reach, its first condo tower at the high-profile mega-project in downtown Miami, and it has sold more than 75 percent of those units.

“The product has been very, very well received,” said Maile Aguila, senior vice president of sales at Swire Properties.

One Sotheby’s International Realty and Fortune International Realty are jointly marketing the pre-construction condo units for Swire.

The condominiums are part of the much larger Brickell City Centre project, which will span 5.4million square feet of space. It includes a high-end shopping center anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue; a luxury dining cinema; two residential towers; a hotel branded EAST, Miami; two ClassA office buildings; and underground parking.

The project has been a magnet for other developers to launch a variety of condo projects in the neighborhood, which is evolving into a center where people work, live and play.

Swire plans a launch party for invited guests Wednesday evening at its sales center, 700 Brickell Ave.

Construction is well under way at both Reach and Rise.

Swire is a unit of Hong Kong-based Swire Properties Ltd., which has long been a major force in Miami construction, including the development of Brickell Key.
