A luxury resort in Key Largo has sold for $3.15 million.

The exclusive Kona Kai resort has 11 rooms that range from $300 to nearly $1,100 per night during the high tourist season. It also features botanical gardens and an art gallery.

The property, at 97802 Overseas Hwy. in Key Largo, was renovated in the last five years, according to Kristopher Wagner, a broker at the Keyes Commercial Real Estate Company who handled the sale.
