Less than a year after spending major money on a Coral Gables mansion, a former TV personality and her fiancé have let it go.

“Real Housewives of Miami” alum Dr. Nicole Martin and insurance lawyer Anthony Lopez just sold their Arvida Parkway place for $55 million. The couple, based in Miami Beach, closed on the 22-year-old property in the gated community of Gables Estates for $34 million in August. The original asking price was $47 million.

According to public records, Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller. The undisclosed buyer is represented by Banna Fakhoury, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Whoever that wealthy individual may be is getting a sweet situation: The amenities at the 12,543-square-foot estate are something else, both inside and out.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home boasts a temperature-controlled wine cellar, his-and-her offices, elevator, game room, fully equipped gym, as well as bayfront pool, dock with boat lift, summer kitchen and four-car garage.

“Situated in one of the most sought-after communities, this estate provides the utmost in privacy, security and luxury living,” reads the description on Zillow.
