A new luxury building in Coral Springs is now pre-leasing apartments, according to Mill Creek Residential.

Modera Apartments’ South Tower will be a mixed-use complex in the Cornerstone development in the central part of the Northwest Broward city, east of the new City Hall building.

Rents range from $2,000 to $3,565. In addition to residential, Modera will have dining and entertainment options in its retail space. The new phase will have 353 apartments, including studio, one- and three-bedroom options. Monthly rent is $2,000 for a studio, $2,100-$2,620 for one bedroom and $3,135-$3,565 for three bedrooms.
