Luxury condo designed by Enrique Norten finishes construction in South Beach

Developers have completed an ultra-luxury condo project designed by prominent Mexican architect Enrique Norten in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood.

The boutique project, called 321 Ocean, is the first new luxury construction in South of Fifth since 2011

The condo has two towers with a total of 21 units, including two penthouses and two beach villas. All but one of the units have sold. The average square foot price for the building was about $1,650, according to developer Aria Development Group.

One of the penthouses, which has five bedrooms and six bathroom, sold for $20 million, about $3,000 per square foot.

Amenities include direct beach access, an oceanfront infinity pool and a building concierge. Tenants are expected to move into the buildings, at 321 Ocean Dr., by the end of the year.
