Monroe County-area home sales: Real estate prices in Monroe County the week of Oct. 8
The median price per square foot for a home in Monroe County increased in the past week to $750. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Monroe County was $708.
In the past week, a 1,400-square-foot home on North Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West sold for $1,050,000.
