The median price per square foot for a home in Miami-Dade County increased in the past week to $361. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Miami-Dade County was $339.
In the past week, a 1,494-square-foot home on Northwest 43rd Avenue in Miami Gardens sold for $540,000.
