Additional units that have recently been purchased close by include:

• In February 2023, a 2,821-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $6,150,000, a price per square foot of $2,180.
• A unit at 18501 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in December 2021, for $5,815,000.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a unit was sold for $5,300,000.
