Condominium in Miami sells for $6 million

A spacious, recently built condominium located at 2675 South Bayshore Drive in Miami has new owners. The 2,387-square-foot property, built in 2016, was sold on Sept. 6, 2023. The $5,998,000 purchase price works out to $2,513 per square foot.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On Southwest 27th Avenue, Miami, in May 2022, a 1,831-square-foot unit was sold for $1,425,000, a price per square foot of $778. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• In May 2022, a 896-square-foot unit on Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami sold for $3,250,000, a price per square foot of $3,627. The unit has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
• A 1,084-square-foot unit at 3350 Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami sold in May 2023, for $730,000, a price per square foot of $673. The unit has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
