Monroe County-area home sales: Real estate prices in Monroe County the week of Aug. 27
The median price per square foot for a home in Monroe County increased in the past week to $703. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Monroe County was $618.
In the past week, a 980-square-foot home on South Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West sold for $689,000.
