• In January 2023, a 3,925-square-foot home on Southwest 96th Street in Pinecrest sold for $3,050,000, a price per square foot of $777.
• A 6,079-square-foot home on the 5700 block of Southwest 96th Street in Pinecrest sold in April 2022, for $3,500,000, a price per square foot of $576.
• On Southwest 99th Terrace, Pinecrest, in January 2023, a 5,796-square-foot home was sold for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $198.
