• A 886-square-foot unit on the 2400 block of Brickell Avenue in Miami sold in April 2022, for $345,000, a price per square foot of $389.
• On Brickell Avenue, Miami, in April 2022, a 810-square-foot unit was sold for $330,000, a price per square foot of $407.
