Condominium sells for $3 million in Aventura

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 5500 block of Island Estates Drive in Aventura has a new owner. The 2,709-square-foot property, built in 2017, was sold on April 28, 2023. The $3,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,107 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently been purchased close by include:

• In November 2021, a 1,660-square-foot unit on Northeast 171st Street in North Miami Beach sold for $600,000, a price per square foot of $361.
• On Northeast 171st Street, North Miami Beach, in September 2021, a 1,660-square-foot unit was sold for $549,900, a price per square foot of $331.
• A 1,350-square-foot unit on the 1000 block of East Island Boulevard in Aventura sold in March 2023, for $418,000, a price per square foot of $310.
