Sale closed in Aventura: $6 million for a condominium

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 5500 block of Island Estates Drive in Aventura has a new owner. The 3,984-square-foot property, built in 2017, was sold on April 25, 2023. The $6,000,000 purchase price works out to $1,506 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently been sold close by include:

• A 1,660-square-foot unit on the 3500 block of Northeast 171st Street in North Miami Beach sold in November 2021, for $600,000, a price per square foot of $361.
• In September 2021, a 1,660-square-foot unit on Northeast 171st Street in North Miami Beach sold for $549,900, a price per square foot of $331.
• On East Island Boulevard, Aventura, in March 2023, a 1,350-square-foot unit was sold for $418,000, a price per square foot of $310.
