Condominium sells for $6.5 million in Sunny Isles Beach

The 3,171-square-foot property, built in 2016, was sold on April 20, 2023, for $6,500,000, or $2,050 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The unit sits on a 1-square-foot lot.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in April 2023, a 688-square-foot unit was sold for $570,000, a price per square foot of $828.
• A 688-square-foot unit on the 18600 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2023, for $545,000, a price per square foot of $792.
• In March 2023, a 1,431-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $839.
