• A 1,728-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach sold in October 2021, for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,157.
• On South Pointe Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 1,732-square-foot unit was sold for $2,425,000, a price per square foot of $1,400.
