Sale closed in Miami Beach: $2.6 million for a condominium

• On Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, in October 2022, a 4,642-square-foot unit was sold for $16,660,000, a price per square foot of $3,589.
• A 340-square-foot unit on the 3700 block of Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold in April 2023, for $270,000, a price per square foot of $794.
• In March 2022, a 360-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $255,000, a price per square foot of $708.
