Condominium sells in Miami for $3.6 million

• On Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, in November 2022, a 653-square-foot unit was sold for $480,000, a price per square foot of $735.
• A 2,365-square-foot unit on the 13300 block of Brickell Bay Drive in Miami sold in April 2022, for $1,750,000, a price per square foot of $740.
• In November 2022, a 696-square-foot unit on Brickell Bay Drive in Miami sold for $553,200, a price per square foot of $795.
