Condominium in Miami sells for $5.5 million

A spacious condominium located in the 2600 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has a new owner. The 4,370-square-foot property, built in 2006, was sold on April 7, 2023. The $5,475,000 purchase price works out to $1,253 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On Tigertail Avenue, Miami, in May 2022, a 943-square-foot unit was sold for $440,000, a price per square foot of $467.
• In December 2021, a 1,805-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $2,060,000, a price per square foot of $1,141.
• A 2,154-square-foot unit on the 3000 block of Blaine Street in Miami sold in January 2022, for $1,325,000, a price per square foot of $615.
