Condominium sells for $4.3 million in Sunny Isles Beach

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 16900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 3,027-square-foot property, built in 2018, was sold on April 10, 2023, for $4,325,000, or $1,429 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six baths.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• A 1,670-square-foot unit on the 16700 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in February 2022, for $950,000, a price per square foot of $569.
• In December 2021, a 2,120-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $684.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in February 2022, a 1,670-square-foot unit was sold for $770,000, a price per square foot of $461.
