Condominium sells in Sunny Isles Beach for $2.5 million

A 2,755-square-foot condominium built in 2006 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 17200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on April 10, 2023. The $2,500,000 purchase price works out to $907 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in August 2021, a 1,933-square-foot unit was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,035.
• In March 2022, a 1,956-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $2,350,000, a price per square foot of $1,201.
• A 1,956-square-foot unit on the 17100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022, for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,022.
