Multi family in Miami Beach sells for $2.1 million

A building located in the 800 block of 39th Street in Miami Beach has a new owner. The 5,217-square-foot property, built in 1951, was sold on April 11, 2023. The $2,080,000 purchase price works out to $399 per square foot. The property features eight bedrooms and eight baths. The unit sits on a 5,500-square-foot lot.

Additional houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On West 42nd Street, Miami Beach, in March 2022, a 6,366-square-foot home was sold for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $322.
• In December 2021, a 4,162-square-foot home on Royal Palm Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $505.
• A 4,478-square-foot home on the 2900 block of Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach sold in May 2022, for $2,250,000, a price per square foot of $502.
