• In March 2022, a 3,310-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $6,390,000, a price per square foot of $1,931.
• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in February 2022, a 3,140-square-foot unit was sold for $4,900,000, a price per square foot of $1,561.
• A 2,630-square-foot unit on the 7900 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in June 2022, for $4,600,000, a price per square foot of $1,749.
