Condominium sells for $5.4 million in Miami

A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 2600 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has new owners. The 3,832-square-foot property, built in 2016, was sold on March 30, 2023, for $5,390,000, or $1,407 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms and six baths.

Additional units have recently been purchased nearby:

• On Southwest 27th Avenue, Miami, in September 2022, a 936-square-foot unit was sold for $650,000, a price per square foot of $694.
• A 936-square-foot unit on the 3300 block of Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami sold in April 2022, for $599,000, a price per square foot of $640.
• In September 2021, a 2,617-square-foot unit on Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami sold for $1,862,500, a price per square foot of $712.
