• On Fisher Island Drive, Miami Beach, in May 2022, a 3,580-square-foot unit was sold for $6,500,000, a price per square foot of $1,816.
• A 7,100-square-foot unit on the 4800 block of Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold in April 2022, for $17,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,465.
• In February 2022, a 1,950-square-foot unit on Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach sold for $2,950,000, a price per square foot of $1,513.
