Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach sells for $3.2 million

A 3,100-square-foot condominium built in 1990 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 16400 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on March 29, 2023. The $3,175,000 purchase price works out to $1,024 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• In May 2022, a 1,798-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $875,000, a price per square foot of $487.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in January 2022, a 883-square-foot unit was sold for $475,000, a price per square foot of $538.
• A 1,342-square-foot unit on the 16200 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in September 2021, for $765,000, a price per square foot of $570.
