Additional houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On West 28th Street, Miami Beach, in October 2021, a 2,146-square-foot home was sold for $945,000, a price per square foot of $440.
• A 8,908-square-foot home on the 300 block of West 28th Street in Miami Beach sold in May 2022, for $3,440,000, a price per square foot of $386.
• In June 2022, a 5,918-square-foot home on Sheridan Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $2,050,000, a price per square foot of $346.
