Condominium sells for $2.1 million in Sunny Isles Beach

A 2,864-square-foot condominium built in 2003 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach was sold on March 31, 2023, for $2,050,000, or $716 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently been sold close by include:

• In March 2023, a 688-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $520,000, a price per square foot of $756.
• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in June 2022, a 1,680-square-foot unit was sold for $1,350,000, a price per square foot of $804.
• A 1,680-square-foot unit on the 18600 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in April 2022, for $1,325,000, a price per square foot of $789.
