The $2,550,000 purchase price works out to $1,147 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently changed hands:

• In December 2021, a 849-square-foot unit on South Miami Avenue in Miami sold for $535,000, a price per square foot of $630.
• On South Miami Avenue, Miami, in May 2022, a 1,137-square-foot unit was sold for $1,150,000, a price per square foot of $1,011.
• A 1,119-square-foot unit on the 800 block of South Miami Avenue in Miami sold in May 2022, for $985,000, a price per square foot of $880.
