Condominium sells for $3.2 million in Miami

A condominium located in the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami has a new owner. The 1,954-square-foot property, built in 2018, was sold on March 9, 2023, for $3,225,000, or $1,650 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Additional units that have recently changed hands close by include:

• On South Bayshore Drive, Miami, in June 2022, a 1,200-square-foot unit was sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $708.
• In August 2021, a 1,460-square-foot unit on South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold for $640,400, a price per square foot of $439.
• A 1,388-square-foot unit on the 2800 block of South Bayshore Drive in Miami sold in August 2022, for $800,000, a price per square foot of $576.
