A spacious, recently built condominium located in the 18900 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has a new owner. The 3,367-square-foot property, built in 2019, was sold on March 14, 2023, for $6,600,000, or $1,960 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

These nearby units have also recently been sold:

• On Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, in November 2021, a 2,665-square-foot unit was sold for $2,100,000, a price per square foot of $788.
• In April 2022, a 2,150-square-foot unit on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $791.
• A 2,150-square-foot unit on the 19100 block of Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach sold in March 2022, for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $744.
